Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Molako. If for any reason you are not, our Returns and Exchanges Policy is here to help you through the process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

    Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Condition: All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
        Items marked as "Final Sale"
        Personal care items (e.g., skincare products, undergarments)

2. How to Return an Item

2.1 Request a Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at info@molako.com or call (033) 592-2888. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and further instructions.

2.2 Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Molako is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

3. Refunds

3.1 Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

3.2 Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 200 Rs may apply for certain items, which will be deducted from your refund amount.


4. Exchanges

4.1 How to Exchange an Item
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at  info@molako.com . We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

4.2 Timeframe for Exchanges
Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original condition.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label for the item.


6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
